Living at Westminster Gardens

WG is a first class residential property, predominantly owner occupied, with residents who expect that the property is maintained and managed to the highest level.  The WG leases have been produced with this in mind and the terms of leases are strictly enforced.

The freehold of Westminster Gardens is owned by Westminster Gardens Limited whose shareholders are exclusively our leaseholders.  This means that we manage our own affairs through the Board of Directors who are themselves leaseholders and volunteers, and are elected by leaseholders.

We have a team of porters on hand to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your first point of contact should be the porters. 

We’ve engaged the services of a professional Managing Agent (Aspect), who provide specialist services, administer our finances and collect monies. (Aspect Property Management Ltd, 4th Floor, Warwick House, 25-27 Buckingham Palace Road, London,  SW1W 0PP).

The Board, in consultation with all leaseholders, set the policies and guidelines by which residents and their guests live by to ensure that the comfort and amenity of fellow residents may be maintained.  You can find useful information on this site to keep residents aware of issues which matter to them, including parking, maintenance and general information.
